Firebirds Baseball Clinic for Youths

Kids…don’t forget to sign up for the Orleans Firebirds Youth Summer Baseball Clinic! 

All participants will receive instruction from Coach K and the Firebirds, a free t-shirt, and an opportunity to “run with the ‘Birds,” where clinic attendees have the chance to take the field with the Orleans players before a selected home game.  Campers of the Week will also be awarded at the conclusion of each clinic, and a special opportunity awaits these lucky youngsters as well! 

Firebirds Clinic will be held weekly beginning June 18, 2012; the final week of clinic will begin July 30, 2012.  Sessions are held at Nauset Middle School (adjacent to Eldredge Park) and run from 9 am to noon.  Water breaks and a nutrition break will take place daily, so attendees should bring snacks and water, in addition to their baseball gear.  Cost is $100/week or $25/day.  

On Tuesdays and Thursday throughout the summer, Specialty Clinics will be offered by the Orleans coaching staff from 1 pm – 2 pm.  These will involve advanced skill training in the areas of pitching, catching, and hitting, and will be held on the main diamond at Eldredge Park.  The registration fee for these clinics is $40 for each session.

Note:  In case of inclement weather, the missed session can be made up during any other week throughout the summer.  Parents are invited to view clinic activities at any time.
